Wamda’s signature networking and mentorship event; Mix N’ Mentor is coming to Riyadh. The event will be held in King Saud University on Apr 22, 2017 and will feature entrepreneurs, investors, mentors, government stakeholders and promising startups and students.
This is the second time Wamda is having Mix N’ Mentor in Riyadh. The last edition was held four years ago; in May 2013. The event is being organized in partnership with King Salman Institute for Entrepreneurship at King Saud University to attract students, startups and entrepreneurs who will participate in different activities in a fun and casual environment.
The one-day event will provide participants with an opportunity to meet investors, mentors and entrepreneurs and discuss challenges, opportunities or anything else related to startups and entrepreneurship. The event will have one-to-one mentorship sessions in which entrepreneurs will be matched with mentors based on their profiles and needs, panels and workshops during which entrepreneurs and mentors will discuss different topics and at the end there will be a fireside chat in which entrepreneurs will share the insights they received throughout the day.
The event will start at 9 in the morning and finish around 5:30 in the evening; it will feature some of the most prominent names of industry as entrepreneurs. Some of those are Fadi Ghandour, CEO of the Wamda Group, Maha Taibah from Eradah, Walid Al Banawi, founder and chairman of JISR Venture Partners, Nour Alhassan, CEO of Tarjama, Will Hutson from LMTD, and Khaled Talhouni, Fares Ghandour and Walid Faza from Wamda Capital.
You can apply to be a part of event here if you are a founder/cofounder and have a running startup and are prepared to share information – including challenges – about your startup.
