MINT by EGBANK Welcomes Startups to 11th Cycle of Incubator Program for Spring ‘23

MINT by EGBANK’s startup incubator kicked off its 11th cycle last night on March 19th, with promising startups enrolled in its three-month program for spring ‘23. MINT’s focus is on startups that have already developed a product and provides them customized support to help their businesses reach the next level.

The startups enrolled in MINT’s incubator program for spring ‘23 include a diverse range of innovative ideas, including:

Bus 14

A tech-driven mass mobility platform specialized in school transportation services, facilitating it in ways that are safe for children and cost-efficient for families.

Mashy Live

A marketplace for Egypt’s out-of-home (OOH) ad spaces that aims to streamline and optimize the process of outdoor advertising for businesses, agencies, and ad space owners. Mashy has plans in the pipeline for a BNPL model, and for new technology used to run digital OOH ads in real time.

Pick & Play

The first online toy library in Egypt that allows parents to rent toys for children aged six months to five years. The objective is to help parents save money while providing beneficial toys for their kids.

Seafood Factory

Egypt’s first online platform for raw seafood supplies premium quality packed and sealed seafood products within a seamless app experience that’s easy to use.

Throughout the program, each startup will be paired with a top-class mentor who will provide them with tailored support and guidance. In addition, participants will benefit from a series of workshops designed to accelerate their business growth, including sessions on finance, sales and marketing, growth hacking, accounting basics, legal and governance, talent retention, branding, and more.

The incubation program also grants participants access to free tools and applications, a co-working space, and networking opportunities. The program concludes with a demo day, where top angel and venture capital investors from the region are invited to attend.

In partnership with Acasia, MINT’s incubator program has helped startups secure significant investments, partnerships, and acquisitions, proving its continued commitment to entrepreneurship and innovation in Egypt.
