Jordanian software startup POSRocket has signed a partnership with the leading Saudi payments company Geidea to sell its point-of-sale cashier software to merchants in Saudi, the startup announced in a statement to MENAbytes.
Geidea has over 50,000 merchants in Saudi who are using over 175,000 of its payment terminal to receive payments from customers. With the partnership, POSRocket will now enable seamless integration between the cash register and payments services streamlining the payment process and eliminating discrepancies, said the statement. The partnership gives POSRocket access to all these merchants of Geidea who can opt to use POSRocket’s POS cashier software.
POSRocket, according to the statement, offers core modules for sales processing, inventory management, customer engagement, advanced reporting and addons including call center and a kitchen display system; empowering merchants to manage their business and optimize their costs. It also integrates with third-party services to streamline workflows and help merchants maximize their revenues.
The startup will continue to sell its cashier software and other POS solutions in Saudi directly too. The startup is also opening an office in the Kingdom very soon, its founder and CEO Zeid Husban told MENAbytes. POSRocket currently has offices in Jordan, Egypt, and Kuwait.
