Riyadh-headquartered debt collection platform Ebra has raised $2 million in a seed funding round led by Seen Holding, with participation from Raz Holding and other strategic investors. The company uses artificial intelligence to streamline debt collection processes while ensuring ethical practices and regulatory compliance.
Ebra, which claims to be the first AI-powered debt collection company in the Middle East, provides businesses with a technology platform to collect overdue payments. The startup’s solution includes secure digital payment options, real-time data insights through an advanced dashboard, and professional communication methods that avoid intrusive collection practices.
Founded in 2024 by Saud Alanzi, the company operates as a licensed technology platform in Saudi Arabia, offering businesses a dashboard with real-time data insights for tracking and managing collection efforts. Its approach emphasizes transparency and customer trust while maintaining high recovery rates through AI-driven solutions.
With the fresh funds, Ebra plans to accelerate its expansion across Saudi Arabia, enhance its AI models, and broaden its service offerings. The investment will also be used to strengthen its technology infrastructure to serve a larger clientele.
