Dubai AI proptech Coraly.ai raises $2 million pre-seed to help real estate agents automate marketing and close deals faster

Dubai-based proptech startup Coraly.ai has raised $2 million in a pre-seed funding round led by Salica Oryx Fund, with participation from EQ2 Ventures and strategic angel investors, the company announced today. The AI-powered real estate platform, formerly known as Coralytics, helps real estate professionals automate listing creation, lead generation, and property marketing across multiple portals.

The funding comes as Coraly.ai claims to have processed over 1 million listings and 500 million images this year, serving more than 1,200 real estate professionals across 25 countries. The platform promises to reduce listing creation time from hours to seconds using AI-powered photo enhancements, automated SEO copywriting, and multi-portal publishing.

Founded by former Property Finder executive Fouad Bekkar, Coraly.ai integrates with existing CRM systems and automates traditionally time-intensive tasks like photo staging, property descriptions, and lead qualification. The platform claims users can save over 20 hours per week and close deals 47% faster.

The company CEO previously founded HomeValue.ai, a real estate valuation platform that was acquired by Property Finder in early 2022.

In a statement, commenting on the round, he said, “Real estate agents globally are underserved by fragmented, outdated sales tools. Through Coraly.ai, our mission is to simplify growth with AI that just works. This funding gives us the firepower to further accelerate product innovation and expand into key growth markets.”

The startup plans to use the investment to expand its engineering team, deepen AI capabilities, and establish operations in Saudi Arabia while consolidating its market leadership in the UAE. International expansion is also on the horizon, with pilot programs planned for France and the United States.

Coraly.ai claims to have already secured strategic partnerships to support its expansion, including a go-to-market partnership with SNPI, France’s largest professional real estate union representing over 14,800 agencies. In the US market, the company has secured its first MLS (Multiple Listing Service) partner, with pilots set to begin in the coming months.

“Salica Oryx Fund is delighted to be an early supporter and investor in Coraly.ai. It represents a significant advancement in real estate marketing technology, offering an AI-powered platform that fundamentally transforms how properties are marketed and presented online,” said Ivo Detelinov, General Partner of Salica Oryx Fund.

The platform works with leading property portals including PropertyFinder, Bayut, Dubizzle, Rightmove, and Zoopla, and integrates with popular CRM systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, and Pipedrive. The company claims its 24/7 AI lead qualification system helps agents capture 60% more qualified leads outside business hours.

Patrick Thiriet, CEO of EQ2 Ventures, noted the broader opportunity in automating real estate workflows: “AI is about to leapfrog productivity across many industries where professionals still use ill-adapted legacy software products to run their business. The property market is one of those verticals, with real estate agents spending too much time on non-productive tasks.”
